How long does the visit take?
Most homes take 30 to 60 minutes. Larger or older properties can take a little longer.
Do I need to be there?
Someone needs to let me in – you, your tenant or a key-holder. I'll arrange a time directly with them if you prefer.
How long is an EPC valid for?
10 years, unless the property is changed and a new one is needed.
Do you cover England as well as Scotland?
Yes. I'm registered for both, and cover Berwick-upon-Tweed, Wooler and north Northumberland.
How does the batch rate work?
Book 3 or more properties in the same area and I'll take £20 off each certificate.
